We ended the 2019 real estate market on a strong note in Skagit County. While December is traditionally a slow month for real estate, due to high pent up buyer demand, and historically low inventory, it was another strong month for sellers in Skagit County.
Looking forward to 2020, we are still in a situation where we have low interest rates, low inventory, and a strong economy with lots of buyers looking to sell. If you think you’ve missed the time to sell, think again! 2020 will be another strong year in the Skagit County real estate market.
